Returned Merchandise will only be accepted with a prior approval and return authorization number and must be unused. Unmarked and in original package. We will honor that was shipped in error, proven defective in materials or workmanship only if product was purchased within the last 60 days, and with a copy of the invoice. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any accounts that refuse any shipments will be responsiblefor all shipping and handling charges involved.

Shipping is done the most economical way. Choice of carriers will always be at the preference of GMX Racing. Orders exceeding $200.00 will be shipped "Freight Paid". However any $200.00 qualifying order where "quality discounts" have been applied will be subject to a freight credit damaged or lost goods are the sole responsibility of the transportation company. All shipment are packed at our warehouse with care, any claims for damaged goods or missing items should be made with the carrier.  Claims of such kind will not be honored. Absolutely no claims will be honored unless GMX Racing or the carrier are notified within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
